What will happen next?
The BID started work on 1st October 2018 following a successful ballot in July 2018. A board of directors has been appointed representing local businesses from each size, sectors and geographical area of the district. A project manager will work on the businesses behalf to deliver projects. The manager will report to the board every other month.
In early 2019 a survey will be undertaken to establish business attitudes and aspirations for the area. This is your chance to have a say in how the area develops.
By April 2019 a detailed business plan will be signed off by the BID board for year one activities.
The first AGM will be held in early 2020.
